The cozy Inn features seven rooms in a 1940s historic building. All rooms have refrigerators, ceiling fans, robes, satellite TV, A/C in summer and floor radiant heat in the winter. A hearty breakfast is served to Inn guests. Free WiFi service is available. The Miner's Cabin, a "glamping unit", is the newest addition to lodging at the Inn. It has no utilities but it is adjacent to the bathhouse. Heating is available during cold winter nights.
All rooms feature a private bathroom at $169 per night for 2 guests.
Rooms sharing a bathroom can be rented at a discounted rate if both are rented to the same group willing to share the same bathroom .
There is a extra person charge of $15, per day for rooms at The Inn for more than two guests, including all children over 5 years of age.
Regardless of age all guests count toward room occupancy limits with the exception of infants under 1 year of age.
Propane barbecue, tables and chairs are available for guests on a covered patio just off the garden.
Inn guests have 24 Hour access to 3 semi private outdoor soaking tubs.
Cellular telephone service is generally not available, but can be accessed nearby or by using WIFI.
All rooms except Allegra May-Room 3 and Miner's Cabin allow a maximum of two animals.
No pets are allowed in room 3 and The Miner's Cabin allows a max of one animal.
If you exceed two animals a $250.00 fee will be accessed and you will be asked to leave.

2) Victor Suite

A travel themed room named for Bill's lifelong friend who loves to travel the world. The room contains a queen sized brass bed, travel posters and furniture from the ranch. It is an end room with a garden view and close to the hot tubs. Included is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and in room robes. It has a private bathroom unless the adjacent room, Allegra May, is rented by your friends or family. There is a room rate reduction if both rooms are rented together. Please call us if you would like to book both rooms. A full and hearty breakfast and a semi-private hot spring tub in a garden setting. Maximum occupancy is two persons and two animals.

3) Allegra May

A 1930s inspired room named for Diane's two grandmothers who greatly influenced her. The room has a queen and twin beds and waterfall furniture used by Bill's grandmother. Included is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and robes. It has a private bathroom unless your friends or family rent Room 2, Victor Suite. There is a room rate reduction if both rooms are rented together. Please call us if you would like to reserve both rooms. 4) MaBelle

MaBelle was the colorful matriarch of the ranch, and Bill's grandmother who actually lived in this room for 50 years. MaBelle operated the Inn as well as the General Store at the west end of town. This is a large room with two full beds decorated with the ranch and western furniture. The photos depict a lively western theme which reflects MaBelle's passion for strong women and the west. Included is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and robes. It has a private bathroom unless the adjacent room, Buster Suite, is rented by your friends or family. 5) Buster Suite

Buster, cattle rancher and alfalfa farmer, was the quiet and independent patriarch of the ranch who lived in this room from the 1940s - 1998. The room has an antiqued style iron queen size bed, with western furniture and a cowboy mural and native American pictures. It has a patio/pond view. Bill also resided in this room during his youth with the man that shaped his life. Included is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and robes. 7) Marquessa Suite

Following in the footsteps of MaBelle, this room is inspired by the flamboyant current innkeeper Diane whose passions include all that is Victorian and Western. The room contains two queen sized iron beds. Western and Victorian chairs and tables enhance the room's decor. The room has a private bath. Bill and Diane lived here for the first five years of operating the Inn. It has views of the White Mountains. Included is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and robes. 8) Bermuda Suite

A bright tropical inspired room with no wallpaper, this room is dedicated to the island where Bill and Diane fell in love and return to as often as possible. It is painted in colors remnant of the Caribbean. The room has a queen bed with a single rattan daybed. The furnishings are tropically inspired. The White Mountains are visible as well as the front courtyard. Included in the room is satellite TV, ceiling fan, seasonal A/C, refrigerator and robes; a full and hearty breakfast and semi-private hot springs tub are included in the price. Miner's Cabin

Full of history as it was once truly occupied by Miners that called it home on Blind Springs Hill. It was moved to the Inn in the 1950's and served many purposes. Now, it has been renovated and remodeled in a luxurious rustic theme reminiscent of Benton's mining heritage. The quaint cabin has a queen bed with unique lighting and furniture. The cabin has no utilities but it has battery operated lights. It is adjacent to the bathhouse and heating is available during cold nights. However, it will still may be cold. There is no A/C, but there is a fan. so in summer months it is warm. The Inn's main building is about 20 yards from the cabin which has two large porches. So you may sit outside and watch the coming and going of the Inn or relax in the back with panoramic views of the White Mountains. This is glamping at its best which is glamourous camping. One well behaved pet is allowed without fee. If you have more than one pet then a $250.00 fee will be accessed and you will be asked to leave. Breakfast and access to semi private Inn hot tubs is included. Max Guests 2
