A very privately located two bedroom house just 150 yards east of the Inn. The house is decorated in a 1960s theme. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The house contains one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, psychedelic sun room and porch. It has a large hot tub with fantastic views of the White Mountains. There is a satellite TV, Wifi, and AT&T cell service. This was Bill's house during the 80s and the first location Bill and Diane lived after their marriage. It is here they planned the ranch revival. AT&T cellular service is available here. There is no breakfast service. All rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside all units. Two well behaved pets are permitted, however owners are responsible for any damages. If you have over two pets, a $250.00 fee will be accessed and you will be asked to leave. A sheet is provided to protect the furniture from hair and damage. If there is hair on the furniture, a $50.00 fee will be charged. When you rent this house, it will only be your party. No other party will share the house. However, the nightly rate is based on the number of bedrooms used. NOTE: When reserving this house you must identify the number of bedrooms needed as the rate varies. If you do not indicate the number of rooms you will be automatically charged for two bedrooms regardless of what your reservation states. Children under 5 years of age sleeping with their parents are free. All other children are considered guests and charged accordingly. Maximum of two people per room, no sleeping on couches, floors or porches. Maximum occupancy is four both in the house and yard without prior approval. Additionally, no camping or RV's allowed in yard without prior approval. The nightly rate for 1-2 people using one bedroom is $249.00. The rate for 2-4 people using two bedrooms is $309.00 a night. If you require a second or third bedroom for a shorter duration than your entire stay, you will be charged based on the higher number of guests/rooms for the full duration of your booking. This policy is designated to ensure your comfort and privacy by avoiding the need to lock and unlock rooms throughout your visit.
